Acted as the
Onsite NCE for a Webex CCA project. Responsible for the liaison between the
Cisco SME’s to the Customer. Worked to resolve issues from the design to the
implementation of the new infrastructure required for the project.
Worked with Cisco TAC and BU’s for resolution of issues discovered during the
testing of the new WebEx solution. Monitored and reported on daily
activities of customer users both to the Cisco Project Team and Senior
Management of the customer. Responsiblities included preparation of
deliverables including CRD (Customer Requirements Document), HLD (High Level
Design), LLD or DDD (Low-Level Design or Detailed Design Document), NIP
(Network Implemetation Plan), and NFRU (Network Ready For Use) Documents.
Maintained an Issue Log for the Project Manager to track issues associated
with the project. Participated in the Hand-off to the Cisco Day 2 Support
Team at the end of the Implementation Phase of the project.
